Cocodrie, Louisiana has one of the best inshore and offshore fisheries in not only the country, but the entire world! Inshore we are able to catch tons of speckled trout, trophy bull reds, slot reds, sheepshead, white trout, black drum and even sometimes flounder. Offshore we are able to catch many highly targeted species such as red snapper, cobia, mangrove snapper, grouper, amberjack and tuna. Trips at AB Charters are ran by Captain Aaron Benfield out of Coco Marina in Cocodrie. Captain Aaron is very passionate about creating trips that will have you catching a lot of fish as well as having a great time. Captain Aaron is willing to fish harder and longer than anybody to make sure that you have a great trip. All fishing gear is provided and your fish will be cleaned and bagged at the end of your trip for you to take home. We are able to accommodate parties of many different sizes. Trips requiring more than 1 boat will be put with other captains that are fully licensed, insured and trusted to provide a quality trip.
